Responding to a growing demand amongst our artists we have also successfully expanded our consulting and coaching department and are extremely proud to have negotiated several long-term brand ambassador contracts. Furthermore we support our talents in marketing their own products and positioning themselves as premium brands.

Our photography department primarily focuses on fashion productions while the hair, make-up and styling department is also well-established in advertising and services shows (Berlin Fashion Week, Bread & Butter), events and major celebrities’ personal appearances (Berlinale and other award ceremonies, press events). Based in Berlin and Hamburg our booking teams represent artists all over Germany and at an ever-growing number of locations around the world including New York, Miami and Cape Town!

Offering ample opportunities to new talents is extremely important to us – therefore we were the first agency in Germany to establish a development department almost ten years ago. We support upcoming artists in building their portfolios and getting started in the fashion and advertising industry. In addition we offer much sought-after workshops at our own academy where experienced artists pass on their tricks of the trade.

As a member of both BAVUS (association of agencies for hair, make-up and styling) and RFI (association of agencies for photography and illustration) we advocate fair working conditions for the creative artists we represent.
